Shipping Details
Flat Rate Shipping to Freight Terminals:
- Cost: A rate of either $179, $249, or $299 applies to all orders of flooring and HVAC products depending on the weight..
- Delivery Location: This shipping rate covers delivery to a designated freight terminal, not a residential address. This is not your house.
- Products Covered: These Freight Rate Options are applicable only to flooring and HVAC products. All other products will need a custom quote by emailing onlinesales@westyellowknife.com.

- Freight Terminal Selection: We will deliver your order to the nearest freight terminal based on your location. You will be notified of the terminal's address and contact information.
- Pickup Notification: Once your order arrives at the terminal, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to pick up your shipment.
- Pickup Process: Bring a valid ID and the pickup notification to the terminal. The terminal staff will assist you in loading your order into your vehicle.
Important Notes
- Residential Delivery: If you require residential delivery, please contact our customer service team to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. Additional fees will most defeintely apply.
- Inspection at Pickup: We recommend inspecting your order at the terminal to ensure it has arrived in good condition. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to the terminal staff and our customer service team.
- Assistance with Large Orders: For large orders, consider bringing assistance or necessary equipment for loading your items into your vehicle.
