Please be informed that the vinyl planks you are purchasing may exhibit the following characteristics:

1. A certain percentage of the planks (approximately 13-18%) may have damage to the locking mechanism located at one end of the plank.

Should you encounter a damaged end, you may simply cut the plank and utilize it as a starting board for your next installation run.

2. Some of the planks may have been opened and briefly inspected, but they were never fully closed. This has no impact on the quality of the vinyl plank itself. Our priority is to provide our customers with significant savings, and we believe that the condition of the box is insignificant.

3. These planks are sold without any warranty. By purchasing these planks, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a product that may have been returned and may exhibit minor imperfections such as nicks on the planks.
